Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Carrick-on-Shannon Joint Local Area Plan 2025-2031
Notice is hereby given that Leitrim and Roscommon County Councils have, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), prepared Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Carrick-on-Shannon Joint Local Area Plan 2025-2031.
In accordance with the requirements of Section 20 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), Leitrim and Roscommon County Councils having screened the Proposed Material Alterations have determined that a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and an Appropriate Assessment (AA) are not required with respect to the Proposed Material Alterations.

Leitrim and Roscommon County Councils now invite submissions from interested parties in relation to the Proposed Material Alterations before 4 p.m.on Friday 7th February 2025.
Submissions or observations may be made either:

Please note that submissions that do not relate to a Proposed Material Alterations cannot be taken into consideration. Submissions should quote the relevant Proposed Material Alteration reference number(s) where relevant.
