Leitrim PEACEPLUS Action Plan Procurement Details

The Leitrim PEACEPLUS Action Plan has been formally approved by SEUPB (Special EU Programmes Body) and a number of projects will be going out to tender on the public procurement platform eTenders. This page contains some tips and advice when tendering for these projcts and links to live competitions on eTenders.

Tender Package

All Tenders & Quotations advertised will contain the following:

• Request for Tender (RFT) or Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Terms of Reference (ToR)
• Tender Response Document (TRD) or Quotation Response Document (QRD)
• PEACEPLUS Programme Manual

Tender Assessmment

PEACEPLUS tenders will operate under an 'Open Procedure'. This is a process whererby any interested supplier or contractor are allowed to submit a tender bid and involves a 2-stage assessment approach. So while any supplier can submit a tender proposal only those demonstrating that they have the required level of financial and technical capacity  at Stage 1: Selection Criteria of the assessment will proceed to have their tenders considered for Stage 2: Award Criteria

Important Points to Note

• Have you read the full document? - Ensure you have a clear understanding of what has been specified and what is required.
• Is there anything that is unclear, do you require clarification? Ensure to clarify if required?
• Respond fully to each section of the tender, providing relevant evidence
• Refer to the scoring matrix in Stage 2: Assessment Criterion to understand how your response may be scored
• Have you included all additional appendices?
• Ensure you have taken note of the date and time of the deadline
