She is joined by her daughter Gypsy and Gypsy’s partner Richelle South, who relocated from Singapore.
The episode will also feature Monique Carroll, who moved from South Africa to Manorhamilton and now works for Merenda, a long-standing Leitrim-based family business, Caitríona Nic Chonchradha, who works in the Gaelscoil in Carrick on Shannon and it will showcase the county’s remote working hub facilities, including The Hive in Carrick-on-Shannon and the Mohill Enterprise Centre.
