About Economic Development

Our aim is to make Leitrim the best place to live, to work, to invest in and to visit. Some of what we do to work towards this goal includes;

• Secure funding for community projects around the County.
• Work closely with stakeholders who deliver the projects.
• Develop Economic Strategies for our towns and villages.
• Promote Leitrim as a destination of choice to live, work and invest in
  Support our Town Teams.
• Prepare & Implement Leitrim Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP).
• Support the Leitrim Local Community Development Committee (LCDC).
• Provide financial support to community Development programmes including LEADER & SICAP
• Support Broadband Rollout
