Leitrim County Council is reminding all landowners (and occupiers) of their responsibility to keep roadside hedges, shrubs and trees carefully maintained to protect all road users.

This grant is €75 per km of the roadside hedge and there is an additional €50 for every 10 overhanging trees per km. The minimum length of road network per application is 1km, which should be continuous.
