Section 5 Declarations Issued by Leitrim County Council

In accordance with Section 5 (7B) (a) and (b) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) Decisions on Section 5 Declarations issued by Leitrim County Council will be available for viewing for a minimum of 8 weeks from the date of issuing the Declaration.
