Planning Searches:

Planning history files since from 2005 onwards are digitised and available to view online by clicking on Online Planning Search or by viewing Online Map.

Archive Files:

All planning history files over 5 years old are held in secure storage and must be requested 2 – 3 working days in advance. Making an appointment will ensure that your query can be dealt when you arrive with as efficiently as possible. The fee for retrieval and inspecting all files over 5 years old is €25.00. Photocopying or scanning of documents on planning files are charged at a nominal fee per document. The fee for a copy of Grant of Planning Permission is €9.25.

Where required, the planning staff will endeavour to assist you without need to call in person to the public office.
