Mobile Machine

Mobile Machine Tax Class is only used for the following vehicles:

• Travelling Machine/Workshop – ecoseal vehicles for pumping insulation into walls, cushion vehicles for roadworks.
• Mobile Shop – chip van or ice-cream van which process goods inside their vehicle.
• Recovery Vehicle – vehicle owned by the Motor Trade for recovering disabled vehicles.
• Compressor – vehicle with built in compressor to generate air/power.
• Drain Cleaner – used by companies to clear drains.
• Hoist/Crane – truck with built in crane for balancing large loads.
• Well Driller/Drilling Machine – for installing water supply systems etc.

First time Taxing

• RF100 First Taxing Private - Goods (new or imported vehicles) or RF100A Tax Renewal Form (second hand vehicles)
• Registration Book/Vehicle Registration Certificate
• Valid Insurance Certificate
• Mobile Workshop Declaration Form – available from Leitrim Motor Tax Office
• Appropriate Fee
