All material relating to the printed history of County Leitrim is collected, preserved and made available for reference here at the Local Studies Department.

A wide variety of books relating to Leitrim in whole or in part, together with titles by Leitrim authors.

Map collection includes first edition of Ordnance Survey (1837), Larkins Map (1817) and various later editions of Ordnance Survey maps.
Photographic Collection
Railway Ballinamore
The Local Studies Department has an extensive collection of photographs including Duncan Browne Davies.
The collection is particularly strong on G.A.A. and Railway material.
