Maintenance
Tenants of Local Authority accommodation can log a housing maintenance request if there is a maintenance issue with their LA provided accommodation. Tenants need to familiarise themselves with the ‘Tenant Handbook’ which specifies which works are tenant responsibility and which works are the responsibility of the Council.
Housing Maintenance requests can be submitted by email to housing@leitrimcoco.ie or alternatively you can contact the Housing Maintenance Section on 071-9620005. If submitting your request by email please ensure that you have provided sufficient details with your name, address, contact number and a brief description of the nature of the maintenance request. Following receipt of your request the repair request will be logged and referred to the Clerk of Works for follow up.
