Estate Management
Estate Management is primarily about making local authority estates better places to live in. The Housing Department work in partnership with Tenant’s and Residents Associations to build sustainable communities in existing estates throughout the county.
The Housing Estate Management Grant Scheme provides funding on an annual basis to established Resident’s Associations to offset some of the costs associated with operating a Residents Association. Details of how to apply for the grant will be published on this webpage and promoted on the Council’s Social Media Channels.
