A Community Information Event for over 55’s

Age Friendly Leitrim and Healthy Leitrim are delighted to announce the next free community event for over 55's in collaboration with the Older People’s Council, and An Garda Síochána’s Community Engagement & Crime Prevention Units.

The event runs on November 7th from 11-2pm in The Bee Park Community Centre in Manorhamilton, with presentations on Brain Health, Physical Fitness and safety tips to enable you to live healthier for longer in your own home.

Light refreshments will be served and there will also be an opportunity to have blood pressure measured and to engage with various local programmes including Leitrim PPN, Leitrim Fire Services, Rossinver Calling, Leitrim’s Social Prescribers, Alzheimer’s Ireland, and the Age Friendly Healthy Homes Programme among other stands.
