Call Back Service
The Customer Services team endeavour to answer your calls as quickly as possible but frequently receive a large number of calls and depending on the nature of the call, it can take some time to resolve.
In the event that you are on hold for over 1 minute you will be asked if you would like a Call Back, this is an excellent service and instead of being on hold, a member of the Customer Services team will call you back as soon as someone becomes available.

Email Enquiries
Leitrim County Council’s Customer Services team can be contacted by emailing customerservices@leitrimcoco.ie. A member of our Customer Services team will acknowledge your enquiry and provide you with a response or alternatively, refer it to the relevant Department who will reply to you.
Media Enquiries
Leitrim County Council has a designated Media Liaison Officer to respond to media enquiries. Where possible the nature of your enquiry should be submitted by email with the details requested or alternatively you can provide the details in person or by telephone. Your enquiry will be acknowledged by the Media Liaison Officer and a formal response will issue as soon as possible. While every effort will be made to respond to your query in advance of a deadline it should be noted that realistic response times should be provided in order to collate the data/information requested and to prepare a response setting out the Council's position on the matter.
